摘要
目的:缩短穿心莲片崩解时间。方法:采用正交试验设计进行优选。结果:优选结果为:粘合剂浓度80%,崩解用量2%,湿混时间5分钟。穿心莲片的崩解时间较原工艺明显缩短。结论:优选后的穿心莲片制造工艺稳定可行。
Objective:To Shorten disintegration time of chuanxinlian tablets.Methods:Optimization was conducted by Orthogonal experimental design.Results:The Optimization result was adhesive concentration at 80%;disintegrant use volume at 2%;wet mixed time at 5 minutes.Disintegration time of chuanxinlian tablets is obviously shortener than original process.Conclusion:The production process of chuanxinlian tablets is stable and feazible.
