摘要
目的:五味子是护肝片的主要成份之一,其主要有效成份五味子乙素在一般制备过程中不易被提出来,严重影响了护肝片的质量和临床疗效。为了提高护肝片的质量、使五味子的提取工艺更具科学性。方法:采用正交设计法选定乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和溶媒用量4个因素,每个因素选定3个水平作为考察内容。实验用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定各条件下五味子乙素在五味子提取液中的百分含量,并以五味子乙素的含量为考察指标。结果:本文采用L9(34)正交表设计实验,对五味子提取工艺进行研究,优选其提取工艺的最佳条件。结论:实验结果表明最佳方案为A2B2C3D1,即使用4倍量的85%乙醇提取2次,每次3小时,为工业生产提供了科学依据。
Objective:Shizandra is one of the main ingridients of liver-protecting tablets.While schizadrin is uneasy to be extracted during the production process,which severely impacts the medical quality and clinical effect.The purpose of shizandra is to improve the quality of liver-protecting tablets,leting the extracting technics be more scientific.Methods:In this paper,orthogonal design method is adopted to select four elements,namely,the grain alcohol consistency,extracting time,extracting frequency and menstruum dosage.3 levels of each element is selected out as the test part.During the experiment,HPLC is employed to detect the percentage of schizadrin under different circumstances,moreover,the content of schizadrin is used as test index.Results:The result of the experiment is to study the extracting technics and to ensure the best extracting conditions on the basis of L9(34)orthogonal design experiment.Conclusion:The accomplisment of the experiment which offers the scientific basis to industry production is that the best resolution A2B2C3D1 is found out,namely,2 times extracting in each 3 hours using 4 times menstruum dosage of 85% grain alcohol consistency.
