摘要
介绍了在无氧铜杆炉生产设备基础上研制微机控制系统，该系统采用ＰＣ总线工控机及配套的标准接口板，运用变速积分ＰＩＤ控制算法；在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５操作系统下ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋编程，界面十分友好。本系统既保证了良好的控制精度，又便于操作。
This paper introduces the control system on the base of the no oxygen copper rod furnace facility. This system uses PC bus industrial control computer and complete standard interface cards .It is applied non uniform velocity PID control algorithm .The software is developed by Visual C++ on the Windows 95 operation system. It has guaranteed good controlled precision and is easily operated.
