摘要
本文介绍了一种利用８０Ｃ１９６ＫＣ组成的ＭＣＵ系统设计的多功能电气参数测试仪器之功能特点、硬件设计方案和软件模块构成。文中对设计中采取的提高精度之措施作了详细的介绍。
In this paper,a kind of multi function instrument based on 80C196KC is introduced,including its feature,hardware and sortware.Method applied to improve the meter’s precision is presented in detail.
