摘要
对N-取代-2-氯乙酰胺的合成方法进行了详细研究并提出了改进方法:在Et3N/CH2Cl2体系中,各种胺与氯乙酰氯以物质的量之比为1∶1.2的比例投入,在室温下反应20 min,可定量得到相应的N-取代-2-氯乙酰胺.产物结构经IR、1H NMR和MS表征.
Here a detailed and improved route to N-substituted-2-chloroacetamides was provided.A variety of substituted amines reacted with chloroacetyl chloride in 1∶1.2 molar ratio in CH2Cl2/Et3N system at room temperature for 20 min to form corresponding N-substituted-2-chloroacetamides.The yield of reaction was almost 100%.All compounds were characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS techniques.
