摘要
从花粉母细胞发育进程的细胞生物学特征角度观察鹅掌楸花粉母细胞减数分裂进程;利用压片法,通过连续的采样,研究了鹅掌楸花粉母细胞减数分裂的规律。结果表明:鹅掌楸花粉母细胞减数分裂过程中细胞核的变化与一般植物的PMCs减数分裂相似,其花粉母细胞染色体数目为2n=2x=38。另外,可通过鹅掌楸花芽的外形观察初步判断其发育的阶段,估测花粉母细胞减数分裂进程。
The meiosis rule of PMC (pollen mother cell) of pollen mother cell of Liriodendron chinense (Hemsl.Sargent)was studied by consecutively sampling and squashing. The results showed that: The PMCs developed in the successive manner, and the nuclears in the dynamic development were similar to those of the other angiosperm. The chromosome number of the PMCs was 2n=2x= 38. The stages of PMC of Liriodendron chinense were closely correlated with the floral bud size.
