摘要
以硬铝合金为材料,研究了铝合金的中温锌系磷化工艺。讨论了亚硝酸钠、氟化钠、硝酸锌及磷酸二氢锌对磷化膜耐蚀性的影响,确定了最佳磷化工艺条件。结果表明,该磷化工艺得到的磷化膜外观颜色呈浅灰色,均匀光亮致密;耐蚀性较好,硫酸铜点滴试验在80s以上。
A medium-temperature zinc base phosphating technology for aluminium alloy was investigated with hard aluminum alloy LY12 as a model material.The effects of NaNO2,NaF,Zn( NO3) 2 ·6H2O and Zn( H2PO4) 2 ·2H2O on the corrosion resistance of the phosphating film were investigated.The optimum condition of phosphating process was obtained.The results show that the phosphating film is light grey,bright and uniform and possesses perfect corrosion resistance with the film color changing in the dropping experiment after 80 seconds.
