粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土性能的影响

摘要 粉煤灰在自密实混凝土中的作用效果一直受到人们广泛关注。本文通过试验研究不同粉煤灰掺量下自密实混凝土坍落度、抗压强度及抗折强度的变化,提出了粉煤灰在自密实混凝土中的最佳掺量。试验结果显示:从坍落度方面考虑,粉煤灰的掺量应该在30%左右或大于30%为最佳。从强度方面考虑,粉煤灰的掺量最好在40%以下。本文的研究成果对粉煤灰在自密实混凝土中的应用有着深远的意义。 The effect of fly ash in self-compacting concrete has attracted general concern.In this text,the optimization content of the fly ash was proposed through the behavior of slump,compressive strength and flexural strength under different content of fly ash in self-compacting concrete.Laboratory test showed that:In consideration of slump,the optimization content of the fly ash was around 30% or more than 30%.The optimization content of the fly ash was less than 40% from the strength consideration.The research of this paper is significant for the further development and application of fly ash in self-compacting concrete.
