对体育产权的概念、研究现状进行了研究。认为体育产权是泛指对一切体育财产和财产资源的权利,并提出了将经济学、法学理论结合起来研究体育产权,重点研究体育组织和协会、项目管理中心的产权制度创新,借鉴国外的实践经验研究职业竞技体育产权制度的建议。

This paper researches the concept and research status quo of sports property right, maintaining that sports property rights refer to rights held to all sports properties and resources. It is proposed that theories of economics and laws be combined to research sports property rights, major attention be paid to research on sports associations and organizations and innovation of property rights mechanism for event management center, and foreign practical experience be borrowed to research the system of professional athletic sports property rights.
