摘要
采用文献资料法对现代足球防守战术原理进行研究,在足球运动训练和比赛的实践基础上,对现代足球的防守原理进行归纳和总结,并对其进行运用研究,为教练员和运动员在训练和比赛实践中能遵守并加以灵活运用足球防守战术的原理提供借鉴。
Literature review is employed in this paper to research the principle of model football defense strategy. Based on practical experience in football training and competition, this paper summarizes the principle of football defense to offer reference for football coaches and players to flexibly apply the football defense strategy to improve their performance.
