适宜船舶工作环境的体育课程体系设计研究

Designing the Physical Education Curricular System Suitable to Shipping Environment

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计等研究方法,对我国航海专业船舶工作环境下的体育锻炼进行了调查与分析,并就其开发新项目进行探讨,研究坚持以人为本,因地制宜地创新、开发出一系列适合海上专业学生在船上进行锻炼的新体育项目,并在实际推广中进行观察和修正。

Questionnaire, literature review and mathematical statistics are applied in this paper to survey and ana- lyze exercise in the shipping environment of nautical majors. Meanwhile the development of new sports suitable to marine majors to exercise in ships is explored and practiced.
