An Factor Analysis of Gender Equality Cognition in the Field of Employment——A Research Based on the Survey Data in Shanghai

经济平等是性别平等的重要内容和基础,而性别平等就业则是实现经济平等的重要途径。通过对上海市抽样调查数据的分析发现,教育(尤其是高等教育)有利于提高角色定位的开明化和现实感知力,但同时也可能降低行动意愿。收入带给女性自立与自强的空间,但与此同时,高收入男性所希冀的"传统女性美德"和高收入女性害怕的"成功恐惧"很容易曲解我们几十年来所追求的妇女解放。真正实现性别平等就业需要从认知引导开始。

Equal treatment in the labor market is an important way to realize gender equality,which is one of the key signs of modern civilization.This essay analyzes the influence factors of gender equality cognition in the field of employment,using a data set from a survey in Shanghai.Our result indicates that while a higher education level lead to more modern gender-role attitudes and consciousness of gender inequality,it is also accompanied by less effort to achieve it.Meanwhile,higher income is followed by more traditional gender attitude and more effort to achieve equality.
