摘要
通过营养液培养试验研究入侵植物假苍耳(Iva xanthifolia)营养生长阶段对镉的富集特征。实验结果表明,在浓度为0.5~14 mg/L的镉溶液处理条件下,假苍耳对镉具有很强的耐性及富集作用,假苍耳地上部的镉含量均大于其根系的镉含量,地上部的镉含量为121.22~474.30 mg/kg,转移系数为1.43~8.62,富集系数为2.49~165.68,均满足镉超富集植物的各项特征,且具有高达14 mg/L的镉耐受浓度,初步说明假苍耳是一种镉超富集植物,这为镉污染土壤的生物修复提供了一种新的种质资源。
Characteristics of cadmium accumulation by invasive plant (Ira xanthifolia) in the stage of nutrition growth were studied through the experiment of nutrient solution culture. The experimental results showed that Ira xanthifolia had a strong tolerance and accumulation effect to cadmium on the condition of conceulration of 0. 5 - 14 mg/L cadmium treating liquid, the cadmium content of Iva xanthifolia in shoot was higher than that in root, and the cadmium content in shoot was 121.22 - 474. 30 mg/kg. The transfer coefficient was 1.43 - 8.62. The accumulation coefficient was 2.49 165.68, which met every character of cadmium enriehment plant, and had reached to 14 mg/L eoneentration of cadmium tolerance. It indicated that Ira xanthifolia was a cadmium enrichment plant, which provided a new physical resource to remedy the biology in cadmium contaminated soil area.
