摘要
以一缩二乙二醇聚醚、端羟基液体丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(HTBN)、4,4-亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯(MDI)和3,3-二氯-4,4-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)等为主体料,采用半预聚体法合成出一种双组分聚氨酯(PU)密封胶。研究了催化剂、R值等因素对该密封胶力学性能、耐介质性能等影响。结果表明:当温度为(30±5)℃时,该密封胶在5 h内即可硫化,并且其硬度可调(50~80);该密封胶具有良好的黏附力和储存稳定性,其应用前景良好。
A two-components polyurethane(PU) sealant was synthesized by the semi-prepolymer method with diethylene glycol ether,hydroxy-terminated liquid butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer(HTBN),4,4-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and 3,3-dichloro-4,4-diamino diphenyl methane (MOCA) as main raw materials. The influences of catalyst and R value were investigated on the mechanics performances and medium resistance of sealant. The results showed that the sealant could be vulcanized at (30±5) ℃ in 5 hours,and its hardness was adjustable between 50 and 80. The sealant had well adhesion, storage stability and application prospects.
