循环流化床锅炉燃烧福建劣质无烟煤的应用实践 被引量:5

摘要 福建劣质无烟煤是目前世界上最难燃烧煤种之一,实现该煤种的高效、洁净燃烧一直是一个技术难题。对此,采用循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,并采取"床下燃烧器+床上烟煤脉动给煤"、双回料器、提高燃烧温度、增加炉膛高度、低床压、控制原煤粒径等措施,实现福建劣质无烟煤优化燃烧,锅炉燃烧效率>95%。 The Fujian inferior quality anthracite is one of coal sorts which are most difficult to burn in the world at present.Realization of highly effective and clean combustion of said coal sort is always a difficult technical problem.On the basis of reviewing the development of CFB technology,some key technical measures for realizing combustion optimization of Fujian inferior quality anthracite have been put forward as follows:burners under the bed + pulsating coal feed on the bed,using double return-material receivers,enhancing the burning temperature,increasing the height of furnace,lowering the bed pressure,and controlling particle size of the raw coal etc.
