水泥窑烟气双压余热锅炉热力系统的参数优化 被引量:5

摘要 为了充分利用水泥窑窑头窑尾排放的烟气余热进行发电,提高热源的利用率,以新型干法水泥生产过程中产生的烟气为热源,建立了烟气余热发电模型。在给定的烟气余热条件下,采用遗传算法对水泥窑烟气双压余热锅炉热力系统的主要参数进行了优化,得出了双压系统最大汽轮机轴端功率以及最优参数,进而对主要参数对双压系统汽轮机轴端功率的影响规律进行了分析。 In order to make full use of the waste heat of flue gas discharged from cement kiln front and end for power generation and to increase heat energy utilization efficiency,a model of waste heat recovery power generation system by taking the waste heat of flue gas discharged from a new dry-process cement kiln as heat source has been established.Under condition of given waste heat of the flue gas,the main parameters of a dual-pressure heat recovery boiler using waste heat of flue gas discharged from cement kiln has been optimized by using the genetic algorithm,the maximum shaft end output of steam turbine,as well as the optimal parameters of said dual-pressure system being obtained,and influence regularity of main parameters upon the shaft end output of steam turbine in said dual-pressure system being analysed.
