大型循环流化床锅炉起动点火节油技术研究与应用 被引量:7

STUDY ON AND APPLICATION OF OIL-SAVING IGNITION TECHNOLOGY IN START-UP OF LARGE-CAPACITY CFB BOILERS

摘要 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉起动点火是其冷态起动过程的关键步骤。CFB锅炉普遍点火用油量大,对此结合1台300 MW机组CFB锅炉起动过程,对节油点火方法进行了试验研究。研究表明,提高油枪雾化质量、优化床料高度、采用微流化及脉冲投煤等方法,可以达到节油点火的目的。 The ignition in start-up of CFB boilers is a key step in cold-state start-up process of CFB boilers.The oil consumption for ignition of CFB boiler is commonly large in quantity.For this,combining with the process of starting CFB boiler of one 300 MW unit up,the methods for oil-saving ignition have been tested and studied.Study shows that the adoption of methods for enhancing the atomizing quality of oil guns,optimizing the height of bed material,adopting micro-fluidization,as well as pulsating coal-feed etc.,can achieve the goal of oil-saving ignition.
