摘要
介绍了600 MW机组凝结水补充水(凝补水)系统常规设计方案,并针对常规设计方案存在的问题,对凝补水系统进行优化设计,优化设计方案具有系统简单、运行费用低、管理方便、经济性高等优点,可满足机组起动及锅炉清洗要求。优化设计降低了设备投资成本,减少了电厂占地面积。
The conventionally designed scheme of the make-up water system for condensate has been presented.Directing against the problems existing in the said design scheme,the design of make-up water system for condensate has been optimized,the optimized design scheme being expounded and compared with that of the similar type units adopted in china at present.Results show that the optimized design scheme has advantages of simple structure,low operating cost,being easy in management,and has high economic efficiency etc.,it can satisfy the requirements for starting the unit up and for boiler cleaning,reducing the investment capital for equipments and decreasing the area occupation of power plant.
