火力发电厂中水回用技术分析 被引量:3

摘要 中水在火力发电厂主要用作循环水的补充水。对目前火力发电厂中水回用中存在有机物、氨、氮、油类物、磷、盐等含量均较高的问题进行了研究分析,认为循环水补充水石灰处理+复合水质稳定剂处理的工艺比较适合中水回用电厂;应加强循环水杀菌处理,保证循环水胶球清洗系统的清洗效果及增加循环水流速,以防止凝汽器管的腐蚀,同时还应加强对循环水管道和冷却塔水泥构件的防腐。增加污水在好氧池的曝气时间或增加曝气量,可有效降低出水的氨氮含量。 In thermal power plants,intermediate water is mainly used as make-up water for the circulating water.Directing against the problems exisiting in reusing the intermediate water in thermal power plants,such as higher content of organic matters,ammonia,nitrogen,oils,phospher,and salts etc.,study and analysis have been carried out.It is believed that the treatment process of make-up water for circulating water,i.e.lime treatment + composite water quality stabilizing agent treatment,is more suitable for reusing intermediate water in thermal power plants.The bacteria-killing treatment of circulating water has to be strengthened,so as to ensure the cleaning effectiveness of rubber-ball cleaning system for circulating water,and increase flow speed of the circulating water,preventing corrosion of condenser tubes,at the same time,the prevention of corrosion for circulating water pipelines and for cement structural members of the cooling tower has also to be strengthened;increasing aeration time of waste water in aerobic pool,or increasing the amount of aeration,can effectively decrease the content of ammonia and nitrogen in the effluent water.
