粉末树脂过滤器压差过高的原因及解决方法 被引量:4

摘要 对影响粉末树脂覆盖过滤器运行阻力因素进行的理论分析表明,过滤器压差增加过快的主要原因是进水悬浮物含量高、小粒径粉末树脂的比例大以及滤元受到污染。对此,可进行有效的机组停用保护,控制小粒径粉末树脂的比例以及对受到污染的滤元直接予以更换或进行化学清洗。陕西某电厂2×600 MW机组实施上述措施后,粉末树脂覆盖过滤器运行压差和运行周期已能满足机组运行要求。 Theoritical analysis of affecting factors upon operational resistance in the Powdex shows that the main causes leading to rapid increase of pressure difference in the Powdex are as follows:the content of suspended matter in influent water is high,the proportion of small particle size in powdered resin is large,and the pollution of filtering elements.For this,some effective methods for shut-down equipment conservation can be utilized,the proportion of small particle size in the powdered resin being controlled within a reasonable range,the polluted filtering elements being chemically cleaned or replaced.After implementation of the above-memtioned measures onto 2×600 MW units in one power plant of Shaanxi Province,the pressure difference and periodic operation time of the powdex already can satisfy the requirements of units in operation.
