浅析尖劈形针尖弹性盖板针布针高控制

My Tentative View on the Needle Setting Height Control of the Flexible Flat Clothing with Tine Needle Point

为了保证对化纤有足够的梳理度并改善其纺纱质量,分析了控制尖劈形针尖弹性盖板针布针高的意义,从梳针截面尺寸、针尖角度变化、植角δ的变化及植针机传动机构等方面详细分析了影响针布植针针高的因素并提出控制针高差的措施。分析认为提高针布制造平面度、表面粗糙度、锋利度和改进梳棉机工艺是关键。由于尖劈形针尖弹性盖板针布不平磨,植针针高(即总高)的差异性决定了弹性盖板针布的平面度。

In order to have enough combing force for chemical fiber with its quality improvement,analysis is done to the control importance of the needle height of the flat clothing with tine needle point.Details analysis is done to the factors impacting the needle setting height plus the measures adjusting the needle setting height regarding the needle section size,angle variance of the needle point and the setting angle δ as well as tranmision mechanism of the setting machine.Conclusion is made that it is important to upgrade the flatness of the clothing,surface roughness,sharpness and improvement of the carding process.Due to the fact that flat grinding is not needed for the flexible flat clothing,the variance of the needle setting height（the general height）is important to the flatness of the flat clothing.
