摘要
文章从理论思潮与航空运输业的产业演变实践两方面分析了航权开放的动因,认为航权开放的理论支持主要在于可竞争理论的发展,而行业需求曲线的变动则是开放的现实要求。最后,在全球航权开放的演进与现状基础上,运用定性的方法分析了航权开放的经济效果。
This paper introduced air traffic rights and analyzes the motivation based on theories and practice of the industrial evolution.It is considered that contestable theory and real demand curve are the principal causes.Finally, this paper analyzes the economic effect of air traffic rights in the world.
