对新医改后公立医院国有资产管理的探讨

On the Management of the State-Owned Assets in Public Hospitals After the Reform of Medical System

近年来,我国公立医院国有资产管理存在着目标不清、权责不明、收入补偿机制不合理、无形资产重视不够和财务信息不透明等诸多问题。随着新医改方案的公布,文章对公立医院国有资产管理存在的这些问题进行了分析,并提出了一些建议和应对措施。

In recent years, there are many problems in the management of state-owned asset in public hospitals, such as unclear of goal and responsibilities, unreasonable of the revenue compensation mechanism, insufficient information disclosure on intangible assets and financial status.With the new medical reform program listed to public, this paper analyzes the existed problems in state-owned assets management of public hospitals and also put forward some suggestions.
