微创清除术联合丹参治疗脑出血疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察微创清除术联合丹参治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法将230例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组(n=116)和对照组(n=114),2组患者入院后常规给予脱水、止血治疗,有手术指征者行开颅减压、脑室引流及血肿清除术等。治疗组给予丹参加入葡萄糖液中静滴,对照组除不用丹参外余治疗与治疗组相同。观察2组患者的清醒人数、觉醒时间、总有效率及GCS评分的变化,并分析2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组清醒人数所占比例、总有效率及治疗后GCS评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论微创清除术联合丹参治疗脑出血疗效好,值得推广使用。 Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of microtrauma cleaning surgery combined with Danshen on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 230 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly to divided into treatment group(n=116) and control group(n=114).The two groups were given the convention therapy of dehydration and hematischesis after hospitalized,and the patients who had surgery indication were given the decompression surgery to open the skull,ventricular drainage hematoma,eliminating surgery and so on.The treatment group was given Danshen dissolved in glucose injection for intravenously guttae.The control group was given the same treatment beside Danshen.The changes of sober populations,awakening time,the total effective rate and GCS grading of the patients in the two groups were observed,and the curative effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The sober population accounts for the proportion,the total effective rate and the GCS grading in treatment group were all obviously higher than that in control group(all P0.05).Conclusion Microtrauma cleaning surgery combined with Danshen is worth to wide application in cerebral hemorrhage.
