基于宏观经济增长与波动之间存在紧密联系的思想，构造一耦合动力学模型，依据一定经济背景，对阶段性经济增长与波动性质给予“唯象”

Based upon the thoughts that the economic growth is immediately related with its fluctuations, a coupled dynamic model is built. Some economic background is given, then we can depict the stage economic growth and fluctuations pheonomenologically.
