摘要
介绍了安全预警管理的基本内涵、理论核心及安全预警管理方法,提出了安全预警管理的关键是抓好应急管理、提升员工的安全素质,发挥预警管理为安全生产保驾护航的作用,实现预警管理在事故预防中的价值。
An introduction is given to the basic connotation,theoretical core and the methods of safety warning management.It is presented that the key to safety warning management is to emphasize the urgency management and improve the safety quality of workstaffs so that safety warning can play an important part in guaranteeing the safety production,and realize the value of warning man-agement in accident prevention.
