摘要
首先分析了双电极焊条单弧焊焊接电流对焊缝成形的影响,利用扫描电镜对接头微观组织进行了观察。其次对熔敷金属的化学成分及力学性能进行了测定。最后对断口形貌以及夹杂物成分进行了分析。结果表明,焊接电流在180~220 A之间焊缝成形最佳,接头从焊缝到母材由珠光体和铁素体组成的粗大柱状晶组织、过热粗晶区魏氏组织、细晶区铁素体和珠光体组织、母材组织等一系列梯状组织组成,熔敷金属的化学成分和力学性能均在标准要求的范围内,焊接接头的强度高于母材,呈韧窝断裂。
Firstly,the effect of welding current on weld appearance was discussed,and the microstructure of welded joint has been observed by means of SEM.Secondly,composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal were measured.Finally,fracture morphology and the composition of inclusions were analyzed.The results indicated that the welded joint has well appearance when the welding current was from 180 to 220A,and the microstructure from the weld bead to heat affected zone was composed of a series of ladder-shaped microstructure including columnar,coarse-grained and fine-grained,base metal.In addition,the composition and mechanical properties of the deposited were in the standard scan,the tensile strength of welded joint was higher than that of the base metal,and the rupture was ductility.
