摘要 为确保重大油气输送管线用钢管的质量,研制了基于B/S模式的网络化钢管生产监造与质量控制系统。提出了基于J2EE/MVC架构的系统软硬件设计总体方案,利用Oracle 10 g关系型数据库实现了监理数据实时处理,综合运用Office组件和XML语言实现了异构信息集成与复杂报表输出。该系统已成功应用于西气东输二线、陕京三线、漠大线、涩宁兰等管线用钢管实际生产监造,使用效果良好且具有很高的推广价值。 To improve steel pipe quality used for transmitting oil and gas,networking steel pipe production supervision and quality control system based on B/S model is developed.The hardware and software design project based on J2EE/MVC is proposed,this system can real-time process supervision datum by using Oracle 10g relational database;and the integrated technology of heterogeneous information and the output program of complex report are realized by means of the Office component and Extensible Markup Language(XML).This system is used successfully some pipeline projects during practical production supervision and quality control,such as the Second West to East gas pipeline project,Shan-Jing No.3 gas pipeline,Mo-Da oil pipeline and Se-Ning-Lan gas pipeline,and obtained good effect and has a strong promotion value.
