摘要
介绍了HFW焊管生产过程中水(乳化液)的主要用途及使用不当对生产造成的不良后果,对钢管生产过程中水(乳化液)系统按质量、流量、温度进行管理的方法与要领进行了详细阐述,提出了生产线上关键点水(乳化液)的控制措施。
Water（emulsion） plays a very important role during production process of HFW pipe.In this article,management methods and key points of water（emulsion） during steel pipe production process were expatiated detailedly from several aspects,such as quality,flow and temperature,and control measures of water（emulsion） on key points in production line were discussed and analyzed.
