摘要
圣母玛利亚是基督教神学中的一位重要人物,在中世纪的欧洲广受崇拜。但新约正典并没有玛利亚完整生平事迹的记载,玛利亚生平的展示有赖于诸多伪经和圣徒传记。经过多个世纪的营造,玛利亚的完整形象随着中世纪盛期的到来而最终展现于世。伪经中的玛利亚形象多源于东方教会,并具有异教色彩,故西方拉丁教会对伪经中的玛利亚形象进行了改造以合其要求,最终形成了玛利亚神学。而以《金色传奇》为代表的中世纪圣徒传记,则在细化玛利亚形象和推进民间的玛利亚崇拜方面起到了无可替代的作用。
Madonna(the Blessed Virgin Mary),one of the important figures in Christian theology,is widely worshiped in the Middle Ages Europe.However,there is in the formal versions of The New Testament no complete record of Madonna,whose life story is presented in all kinds of apocrypha and hagiology and whose perfect image of centuries' improvement emerges upon the coming the heyday of the Middle Ages.The Mary image in apocrypha mainly originates from the oriental churches of paganism colour,which the occidental Latin churches improve to meet their requirement and eventually bring into being the Mary theology.The Middle Ages hagiology represented by Golden Legend plays an indispensible role in elaborating Mary image and promoting Mary worship.
