摘要
介绍了二维连续分布式光电位置探测器(PSD)的工作原理;提出了用具有相同性能参数的PSD作为补偿器的补偿方法。以PSD为补偿器,配以合理的运算电路,基本消除了背景光和环境温度的影响,增加了它的实用性。
Introduces the principle of two dimension continuously distributed photo electric position detector (PSD) and presents the compensating method which use the PSD with same properties, when the working PSD is used as compensator. With the compensating of the PSD and the rational calculating circuit, the impact of the background light and the temprature of the circumstance can be basically eliminated. Its practicability is also increased.
