摘要
本文研究了某一位置的层错数目、多层错时的层错间距、炭纤维与玻璃纤维层数的比例等层错结构参数对玻璃纤维(GF)/炭纤维(CF)混杂复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:对于一定的混杂复合材料,弯曲强度随着某一位置层错数目的减少而增加;多层层错时,层错间距需达到某一临界值;炭纤维与外层玻璃纤维层数存在一个最佳比例。
The effects of important parameters including numbers of the plies drop-off at a station,distance between successive drop-offs,ratio of CF plies and GF plies below the CF plies on bending strength of glass-fiber(GF)/carbon-fiber(CF) hybrid composites were studied.The result shows that,for a definite hybrid composite,the bending strength increases as the numbers of the plies drop-off at a station reduce.The distance between successive drop-offs must be up to a critical value when a large number of plies are to be dropped at different stations.There is an optimal ratio between CF plies and GF plies below the CF plies.
