自动控制装置系统综合评估研究

RESEARCH FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT SYSTEM SYNTHETICAL EVALUATION

大型过程控制装置的功能、性能、可靠性、可用性、安全性是设备的生产方和使用方非常关心的问题．设计出一种系统评估体系，使各方有一个一致的标准，是当前实践的要求．采用层次分析法和模糊分析法对某化肥厂的自控装置进行分析，结论与专家鉴定的一致性说明了方法的有效性．

Functions,properties ,reliability,availability and safety are of great concern to manufactures and end uses of large process control system.The integerated evaluation system can give the same standard for both of them.By means of the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and the AFA(analytic fuzzy assemble),the DCS of Lanzhou Chemical Fertilizer Plant was evaluated.That the evaluation result was consistent with the experts' proved the validity of the evaluation system.
