Prevalence of Anxiety and Its Related Factors Among Middle School Students in Chongqing

摘要 目的了解重庆市中学生焦虑现状及其相关因素,为中学生焦虑症的防治提供科学依据。方法采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自编相关因素调查表,对采用分层多阶段整群抽取的重庆市某县1 522名中学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生焦虑检出率为26.4%;不同性别及年级中学生焦虑检出率与焦虑评分有所不同。单因素Logisitic回归分析结果发现,性别、是否抑郁、年级、学习负担、父母的期望、自评经济水平、人际交往及睡眠时间不同,其焦虑发生情况不同;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析表明,学习负担、父母的期望、班级、性别、人际交往情况以及是否抑郁与焦虑发生有关。结论中学生焦虑的发生受自身因素、家庭因素、学校因素及其他相关因素影响,对其防治也要从多个角度进行。 Objective To explore the prevalence of anxiety and its related factors in middle school students in Chongqing,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out with Self-Anxiety Scale(SAS) among 1 522 students of middle school in Chongqing.Results The overall prevalence of anxiety was 26.4%.There was significant difference between male and female,and among different grades of students.Univariate Logistic analysis revealed that the gender,depression status,grade,burden of study,expectation of parents,economic level,friendship and sleeping duration were associated with different anxiety symptoms.And multivariate Logistic analysis indicated that the burden of study,expectation of parents,grade,gender,friendship and depression status were the significant factors.Conclusion The prevalence of anxiety is influenced by such related factors as self,family,school and others,and more attention should be paid to for the prevention and control among middle school students.
