摘要 采用人工方法培养薄叶双盖蕨(Diplazium pinfaense Ching)的孢子,观察其配子体发育过程。结果表明,薄叶双盖蕨孢子为二面体型,极面观椭圆形,赤道面观为肾形,具较宽而透明周壁,单裂缝;播孢5 d后萌发,假根先出,孢子萌发为书带蕨型(Vittaria-Type);播孢9 d后进入丝状体阶段,有2~4个细胞;播孢17 d后进入片状体阶段,倒三角形分生细胞出现早,为小楔形,仅3~5个细胞宽;播孢26 d后进入原叶体阶段,发育为铁线蕨型(Adiantum-Type),成熟原叶体为对称心形,两翼宽大平展。其初生假根含叶绿体,原叶体裸露,无毛状体,颈卵器短而直立。原叶体的正常发育可耐受较弱的自然光,适应郁闭度较高的生境。 The gametophyte development process of Diplazium pinfaense spores was observed in the laboratory.The results show that its spore with a monolete is of broad and transparent perisporium,its spore is oval shape in equatorial view and kidney shape in polar view,its spore begins to germinates in 5 days after sowing,its spore germination presents a vittaria-type,the germ filament with 2~4 cells begins to form in 9 days after sowing spores,the prothallial plate begins to form in 17 days after sowing spores,the prothallia begins to form in 26 days after sowing spores and the gametophyte develops an Adiantum-type,the mature prothallium is a symmetric heart-shaped with two broad wings.The primary rhizoid contains some chloroplasts,nudity prothallia without trichomes and a short and upright archegonium.The normal development of the prothallia can tolerate the weak natural light for adapting the habitat with a high canopy density
