摘要
为探寻氮磷钾三要素对辣椒产量品质间的相互关系,试验采用3因素4水平二次回归最优设计,通过盆栽法研究氮、磷、钾施用量与贵椒4号产量、品质的二次回归函数效应,建立相应数学模型。结果表明:氮磷钾的最佳经济效益施用量为N 8.90-10.69 kg/667m2、P2O52.40-2.56 kg/667m2、K2O 7.22-7.55 kg/667m2;氮磷钾对辣椒果实Vc、可溶性总糖、辣椒素含量影响效力分别是:N〉K2O〉P2O5,K2O〉N〉P2O5,N〉P2O5〉K2O。
The pot test was conducted by using the optimized quadric regression design with 3 factors and 4 levels to study effects of different N,P and K combinations on quadric regression function of yield and quality of Guijiao 4(a pepper variety) and the corresponding mathematical model was established to probe the correlations between N,P and K fertilizers and pepper yield and quality.The results showed that the best economic application amount of N,P2O5 and K2O per 667 m2 was 8.90~10.69kg,2.40~2.56kg and 7.22~7.55kg,respectively.The effects of N,P and K fertilizer on content of Vc,soluble total sugar and capsaicin in pepper fruits were NK2OP2O5,K2ONP2O5 and NP2O5K2O,respectively.
