摘要
为提高西藏青稞产量寻找新的途径,通过灌水和接种丛枝菌根真菌对青稞光合作用的影响试验,结果表明:在灌水量为土壤重量的20%、15%,即为田间持水量(11.7%)的80%、60%时,接种丛枝菌根真菌有利于青稞叶绿素的形成,提高叶绿素含量光合作用速率,从而提高青稞产量。
Highland barley was irrigated and inoculated with AM fungi to study the effect of irrigation and AM fungi on its photosynthetic rate for seeking a new path to raise yield of highland barley in Tibet.The results showed that AM fungi could promote chlorophyll form of highland barley,improve its chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate to increase the yield of highland barley when the irrigation water requirement was 20% or 15% the weigh of soil,which was 80% or 60% of field moisture.
