摘要
为了确定铜仁烟区病毒病发生种类及明确烟草带毒情况,采用抗原直接包被ELISA法对铜仁烟区的93个样品进行病毒检测。结果表明:铜仁烟区病毒病主要是TMV和PVY,阳性检出率分别为67.74%和46.24%;CMV发生较少,阳性检出率为4.3%。同时烟草南江3号品种上TMV阳性检出率较高,为86.67%;印江县TMV发生较重,阳性检出率为94.44%;江口县9个烟草样品中PVY检测均为阳性。
The viruses of 93 tobacco samples from different tobacco planting areas in Tongren prefecture were detected by ELISA to identify virosis types and virus-carrying condition of tobacco in Tongren prefecture.The results showed that there were TMV and PVY mainly,and the positive detection rate of TMV,PVY and CMV was 67.74%,46.24% and 4.3% separately.The positive detection rate of TMV in Nanjiang 3（a tobacco variety） was 86.67%.The positive detection rate of TMV was 94.44% in Yinjiang county.The positive PVY of 9 tobacco samples from Jiangkou county were positive.
