不同季节牛蛙血细胞变化的研究

Study on Blood Corpuscle of Bullfrogs in Different Seasons

为丰富牛蛙(两栖类)血液生理比较细胞学等方面的基础资料,采用心脏取血法对牛蛙的血细胞种类及不同季节血细胞数的变化进行了研究。结果表明:牛蛙的血细胞包括红细胞和白细胞,其中白细胞又包括嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、小型淋巴细胞、大型淋巴细胞、单核细胞和血栓细胞。牛蛙红细胞数在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季分别为190.31×106个/mL、166.71×106个/mL、199.36×106个/mL和221.40×106个/mL;白细胞数在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季分别为35.60×106个/mL、14.75×106个/mL、47.42×106个/mL和64.66×106个/mL。

The blood corpuscle kind and number of bullfrogs in different seasons were determined by extracting blood from the heart to provide a reference for research of bullfrog blood physiological comparative cytology.The results showed that the blood corpuscle was composed of red blood cell and white blood cell,the white cell included neutrophil,eosinophil,basophil,small lymphocyte,large lymphocyte,monocyte and thrombosis cell,the number of red blood cell per milliliter in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 190.31×106,166.71×106,199.36×106 and 221.40×106 respectively,and the number of white blood cell were 35.60×106,14.75×106,47.42×106 and 64.66×106 separately.
