摘要
针对贵州省遵义市某规模化猪场的发病情况,通过病理学观察、血液学和细菌学检查及病原核酸检测等方法,确诊该猪场发生了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)病毒、猪瘟病毒、猪链球菌与猪附红细胞体的混合感染,经采取综合防治措施,控制了疫情。为进一步了解PRRS在贵州省各地区的流行情况、多种病原的混合感染情况及探索PRRS有效的防治方法提供理论依据。
The samples of sick pigs collected from a large-scale piggery in Zunyi city were analyzed by pathological observation and detection of hematology and pathogenic nucleic acid to diagnose the disease caused by combined infection of PRRSV,CSF,SS and ES.The epidemic situation was controlled by using the comprehensive control measure,which can provide the theoretical basis to further know the epidemic situation of PRRS and combined infection situation of various pathogens,and probe the effective control method in Guizhou.
