摘要
为了寻找微波法提取桉树叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,利用中心复合设计,通过响应曲面法对微波提取桉树叶黄酮的工艺进行优化,研究不同乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间、液固比对微波提取桉树叶黄酮的影响。结果表明,微波法提取桉树叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度30%,微波功率206W,微波时间4.7 min,液固比50∶1。
The response surface method was used based on the results of single factor tests to study the effect of different ethanol concentration,microwave power,treatment time and ratio of liquid/solid on flavonoids extraction rate from eucalypt leaves for optimizing the optimum microwave extraction technology of flavonoids.The results showed that the optimum microwave extraction technological condition of flavonoids from eucalypt leaves was 30% ethanol,206W,4.7 min and 50∶1 of liquid/solid.
