Characteristics of Rural Poverty and Strategic Adjustment Against Poverty in the New Stage in Guizhou

随着农村反贫困工作的深入和扶贫开发力度的不断加大,农村贫困呈现出新的特征。该文结合新阶段贵州农村贫困特征,有针对性地提出了调整农村反贫困策略的建议,为探索行之有效地稳定解决贫困人口温饱问题并实现脱贫致富的路径提供依据。

Rural poverty presents the new characteristics with increase of dynamic strength of anti-poverty,poverty alleviation and development in rural areas of Guizhou.The paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions to adjust anti-poverty strategies in the light of the rural poverty characteristics during the new stage in rural areas of Guizhou to provide basis for searching the effective path of solving the problem of food and clothing,getting rid of poverty and becoming better off in rural population of Guizhou province.
