摘要
目的:观察灌胃给赤雹果水提取液和赤雹果粉末混悬液对小鼠的急性毒性反应,为临床安全用药和长期毒性研究提供实验依据。方法:昆明种小鼠60只随机分为3组,赤雹果水提取液组、赤雹果粉末混悬液组和空白对照组,每组20只,分别灌胃给予赤雹果水提取液120.0g/kg(生药),赤雹果粉末混悬液36.93g/kg(生药)和蒸馏水。观察给药后小鼠中毒反应及死亡情况,连续观察14d。结果:各组小鼠均未出现明显毒性反应,无动物死亡。小鼠对赤雹果水提取液的MTD>120.0g/kg(生药),对赤雹果粉的MTD>36.93g/kg(生药)。结论:赤雹果水提取物及粉末经口给药毒性低,临床用药安全。
Objective:To observe the acute toxicity of water extract and fine powder of fruit of Thladiantha dubi Bunge(FPFTD) in mice,and provide basis for clinical safe medication andlong-termtoxicity studies.Methods:60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=20):FPFTD water extract group,FPFTD fine powder group and control group.The mice in these 3 groups were respectively administrated with FPFTD water extract(120g/kg body weight,crude drug),FPFTD fine powder suspension(36.93g/kg body weight,crude drug) and distilled water.After medication,the mice were observed continuously for 14d about toxicity and death.Results:The mice in each group appeared no apparent toxic reaction and death.The MTD of FPFTD water extract and FPFTD fine powder were respectively120.0g/kg body weight(crude drug) and36.93g/kg body weight(crude drug)in mice.Conclusions:The toxicity of FPFTD water extract and fine powder is low by mouth,clinical medication is safe.
