摘要
目的:分析妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点和治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的31例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果:手术治疗17例,保守治疗14例,母婴结局良好。结论:妊娠合并急性阑尾炎缺乏典型症状,要掌握妊娠期合并急性阑尾炎的特点,提高诊断率,依据病情的严重程度选择治疗方案。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic experiences of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis.Methods：The clinic data of inpatients in our hospital who suffered acute appendicitis in gestation were retrospectively analyzed.Results：17 patients adopted operation,14 patients used expectant treatment,and the results were all better.Conclusions：Pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitishas no typical symptoms.Clinicians should grasp the clinical characteristics of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis,and choose suitable therapeutic schedule according to pathogenetic conditions.
