摘要
为适应图书馆服务职能的发展,图书馆员在新形式下应提高思想觉悟,具备一定的政治素质和专业素质,在工作中尽职尽责、强化服务意识、提高服务水平、不断学习、创新服务,促进图书馆工作可持续发展。
Library staff should raise their awareness of service and be of some political and professional qualifies to meet the development of the functions of library services, library staff should enhance service awareness and improve service levels by the continuous learning to promote sustainable development of library work.
