“肾炎四补丸”治疗肾病性蛋白尿514例疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of “Nephritis Four Tonic Pills”in Treating 514 Cases of Nephritic Albuminuria

根据调补肾之阴阳气血的方法，以自拟“肾炎四补丸”治疗肾病蛋白尿５１４例。结果总有效率达８３４６％（显效率４０８５％，有效率４２６１％），优于文献记载大剂量激素治疗肾病性蛋白尿２３％的完全缓解率及４４％略有进步的报道。

In accordance with the method to regulate and tonify Yin,Yang,qi and blood of the kidney,514 cases of nephritic albuminuria were treated with self_designed“Nephritis Four Tonic Pills”.The results showed that the total effective rate was 83.46%(40.85% in the remarkable effective rate and 42.61% in the effective rate),better than the complete remission rate of 23% and slight improvement of 44% in the treatment of nephritic albuminuria by large dose of hormones recorded in the reports.
