摘要
酸性气体是生产过程中产生的硫化氢和二氧化碳等气体,本论文研究的是含酸性气体意外泄漏时,降低酸性气体危害的应急系统,本设计包含酸性气体实时监测和酸性气体自动净化两部分。酸性气体检测电路由酸性气体传感器、数字滤波电路、放大电路、稳流电路、单片机系统、温度补偿等组成。酸性气体自动净化采用干湿法综合应用,除去酸性气体。
Acid gases,such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide,are generated in the production.This paper research a design of emergency system which includes real-time monitoring part and auto-purification part of acid gases.When the accidental leakage of acid gases happens,the system can reduces the harmfulness greatly.The acid gases monitoring circuit comprise from acid gas sensor,digital filter circuit,amplification circuit,steady flow circuit,SCM system and temperature compensation.An auto-dry integrated application has been used to remove acid gases.
