摘要
以苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂合成了苯丙乳液,并用红外光谱、透射电镜进行了表征,结果表明乳液粒径均匀,粒度分布窄。将合成的苯丙乳液用于发动机滤纸的浸渍剂,提高了滤纸的耐水性、透气度、挺度等性能指标,透射电镜结果表明苯丙乳液包覆在滤纸纤维表面、交织点,改变了滤纸的微观结构,提高了滤纸的应用效果。
The styrene acrylic emulsion was synthesized with styrene and butyl acrylate as monomers and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide as cross linker.Infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) were used to characterize the emulsion.The emulsion exhibited well-proportioned diameter and narrow granularity range.It showed that the water resistance,air permeability,and stiffness were greatly enhanced by the modified emulsion.The styrene-acrylic emulsion was observed to cover on the surface of the filter paper fibers and the weaving point.The results showed that the microstructure of the filter paper was changed and the application effect of filter paper was improved.
