摘要 氯虫酰胺是鱼尼丁受体活化剂类广谱杀虫剂。本文以2,3-二氯吡啶和2-氨基-3-甲基苯甲酸为原料,经肼解、合环、溴代、芳构化、水解、氯代、酰胺化等七步反应合成了氯虫酰胺,总收率为16.4%,目标物和所有中间体的结构均经1H NMR表征。 Chlorantraniliprole was a broad-spectrum insecticide acting as ryanodine receptor activator.Chlorantraniliprole was synthesized,with total yield of 16.4%,via the reactions of hydrazinolysis,ring condensation,bromination,aromatization,hydrolysis,chlorination and amidation,taking 2,3-dichloropyridine and 2-amino-3-methylbenzoic acid as raw materials.Chlorantraniliprole and all intermediates were structurally confirmed by 1H NMR.
