研究了苦瓜汁修饰碳糊电极的制备,并探讨了该电极性能及应用性。该电极具有很好的选择性和重现性,响应时间短,且制备方法简单、电极表面易更新、价格便宜,能够用于果汁、蔬菜和药品维生素C中抗坏血酸含量的测定。

A balsam pear-juice modified carbon paste electrode was prepared and the performance and applicability of this electrode were investigated.The electrode had high selectivity,certain reproducibility,rapid response,simple of preparation measure,easy rebirth of electrode surface,low price and so on.It can be used for the determination of ascorbic acid in the tablet of vitamin C and fruit juice,with satisfactory results.
